Programming Skills
You will have a good knowledge of software
development and solid programming skills including .NET, Visual
Basic or C++. Knowledge of Internet programming languages is an

Hardware
It's important to have a good understanding of
how a PC works and to be able to install components and reconfigure
a PC.
Communication and Diplomacy
Of course, excellent verbal and written
communication skills are essential as you often become the diplomat
between business users and development coders. You will also need
the capability to engage and negotiate with all levels of the team
including the client’s Senior Management.
Team Player
As we work in Solution Teams at Devtest, you will
need to be an effective team member. You should also be able to
show that you have initiative and are able to work well on your own
without constant direction.
