Devtest works on the
foundation of training and mentoring employees in our methodology
and standards. We encourage career development and advancement. A
generous training policy ensures our employees continue to develop
skills in the latest technological developments, including
opportunities to gain Microsoft Certified Professional accreditation
and learn the Microsoft Framework for development.
Trainee
graduates can expect to receive several days of intensive instruction in the
Devtest office with our senior consultants, before being placed on a client
site under the guidance and continued mentoring of a test lead and or test
manager.
