A Devtest employee may progress quickly to the
level of Senior Consultant and then onto Devtest Lead. Devtest
employees may choose to move into automated test tool development,
or along the pathway towards Devtest Lead in developing a business
approach towards stabilising software.
Advancement from there may be into Devtest
Management. There are a number of areas, including quality assurance in software development or business
development. Our team leaders work with our employees to assist them
in their career choices.

Overseas Opportunities
Devtest has clients in both Sydney and Melbourne,
and plans are in progress for overseas locations. We provide
opportunities for employees to take assignments in other locations.
