Sarah Richey

Managing Director
Sarah is a highly skilled professional with over 18 years experience in the IT industry.  Sarah's experience includes six years at Microsoft's headquarters in Redmond, WA, and three years test-managing all Microsoft software projects assigned to the Microsoft Multi-media Development Division in Sydney.

Her responsibilities have included line and budget management in the areas of testing, deployment, support and training.  At Microsoft Corporate Sarah spent six years as a "hands on" test team lead, overseeing activities of up to 20 testers, on a number of products, including Visual Basic versions 1.0 to 4.0, Access 1.0 in 11 foreign languages) and Visual Basic for Applications 1.0 (for Word and Excel).

In Sydney, Sarah was "hands on" Test Lead for www.Expedia.com, IE4 database component, and several children's learning games and books.

Sarah's vision and success is to shift clients' projects into routines of successful deliveries on time using Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF).  Sarah actively promotes the use of MSF and works directly with clients to move their projects towards successful delivery.  Within Devtest, Sarah's key responsibility is overseeing client sites and business development.
Yuhaw Lim
Principal Technologist
Yuhaw is a principal technologist at Devtest and has extensive experience in software quality assurance management, software testing and software test automation on Unix and Windows platforms. Prior to joining Devtest he was a lead test engineer at Moldflow Corporation. Yuhaw’s expertise is performance tuning of large scale enterprise systems and web based applications. He has provided IT consultancy across a range of industries including banking, telecommunication, and e-commerce sectors. Yuhaw holds an Engineering degree and has a Foundation Certificate in Software Testing from the British Computer Society.
Jaybe Ammons
Lead Software Architect and Development Consultant

Jaybe graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science in 1984, and started work at Microsoft in Redmond Washington the following week. Over his 12 years at Microsoft Redmond, and 3 years at Microsoft Australia, Jaybe has had many roles, ranging from developer to program manager to business development manager. Shipped products include Microsoft Multiplan (2.0, 3.0, 3.5), Microsoft Access 1.0, PC Works 3.0, Visual C++ 1.5 (MFC 2.5), Magic School Bus Solar System, PJ's Reading Adventures, My Personal Tutor, and Carpoint (2.0, 3.0). More recently Jaybe worked on a .Net smart client using Web Services to create a richer User Interface for a popular Learning Management System.
